History
How Can We Help?
History will allow the user to view the last 100 events added or changed, allowing for quick reference to recent updates. It can be accessed from overview or the calendar view.
Detailed history can be accessed from the event details and shows any changes to the customer record. See image for location of icon. 
History for vehicles that have multiple events can be viewed in the details of any current event by clicking 
This will show a time line of any event for the RO selected that had a date changed, event created, login that modified the RO, added a flag(s), activated an alert, any note or change to a note. Events may also be printed by clicking
