How Can We Help?
OnBoard Scheduler allows the user to share any of the calendars they choose. Great for sublet vendors. The shop can choose to allow editing or view only in the case of a sublet vendor.
1. Basic:
Good for scheduling vacations, meetings, HR, daily, weekly and monthly events. There are no limits (counts) involved in a basic calendar
2. Count:
Great for scheduling anything…
This type of calendar works very well with or without a data pump involving the management system. The user can choose to pump RO information to the scheduler according to number of vehicles desired per day and or hours on the repair. The user can also select a max number of events for any count calendar. (See Calendar Setup)
Example: (User chooses the name of the calendars.)
Type 1 = 0 to 15 hours
Type 2 = 15 to 30 hours
Type 3 = 30 to etc…..
Examples:
4 type 1 repairs allowed Monday, Tuesday and 3 on Wednesday. (Max)
3 type 2 repairs allowed on Tuesday, Wednesday and 2 on Thursday. (MAX)
1 type 3 repair allowed on Thursday and Friday (MAX)
Count calendars:
Examples:
Estimates, vehicle arriving, hail repairs, PDR, warranty work, towed in vehicles, loaner cars, any sublet item, Vehicle arriving, pre-wash, blueprint, parts, parts hold, insurance hold, body, paint, re-assembly, detail, scheduled out etc.
3. Hours Calculator Calendar:
Great for scheduling by target labor hours per day.
An Hours calendar will take into consideration the number of technicians, hours technicians work per day, technician efficiency and the original estimate accuracy. This will let the user allow for the additional hours found in the blue print or supplement process. This type calendar may also be set to a max of available production hours available per day.
This type of calendar works very well with or without a data pump involving the management system. The user can choose to pump RO information to the scheduler according to hours on the repair. The user can also select a max number of labor hours for any hours calculator calendar. (See Calendar Setup)
Example: (User chooses the name of the calendars.)
(Header will show when radio dial is checked) number of hours per day by calendar type (see headers)
Type 1 = 0 to 15 hours
Type 2 = 15 to 30 hours
Type 3 = 30 to etc…..
Example:
Type 1. 35 hours allowed on Monday, Tuesday and 28 hours Wednesday. (MAX)
Type 2. 42 hours allowed on Tuesday, Wednesday and 30 allowed on Thursday. (MAX)
Type 3 1 (Count Calendar) allowed on Thursday and Friday.

Example: (21 days in the month, a goal of 1470 hours completed for month)
6 Technicians
Hours worked per day = 8
Technician efficiency = 145%
Original Estimate Accuracy = 60%
The target hours for the above example would be 42 hours per day arriving to the door pre supp. (Goal of 70 hours completed per day) This will allow the shop to schedule vehicles arriving without creating over an over capacity in the terms of WIP.
The user is able to set the calendar up to show or mandate the following information.

Customer Name
Phone Number
Vehicle information
Hours on the job
Job total
Customer in Rental
4. Dollars per day Calendar
Great for use as a scheduled out calendar or Vehicle intake Calendar. This calendar will allow the user to very easily see what the month should look like in terms of $ sales if all jobs in the scheduled out calendar were to be completed or delivered by months end. This type of calendar works very well with or without a data pump involving the management system. The user can choose to pump RO information to the scheduler according to the dollar value of the RO.
Example:
21 working days in month, goal of $357,000 or $17,000 per day
In the setup of the calendar it would be $17,000 per day Monday thru Friday.
The calendar view will show hours and dollars by calendar, by selecting the radio button on the right.
