Your user rights must have rights to the account tab.
This Feature allows the user to view past conversation by date (Sent Time) and by Contact. This feature is printable and will have all of the two way messages including SMS and MMS.
Click on account
Click on reports
Click on Connected Shop Message History
Select dates and order report by contact or sent time.
