When you click the expand – compress icon in the calendar toolbar you will be able to customize the 2 views of the calendar.
Compressed view. Usually a simpler view . Select the fields you would like to show on the calendar views for this mode. Select the Compressed View button to apply to the calendar. This is done per workstation.
Expanded View . Usually you would select more fields on this view so you can see more detail without having to open the event details.
