How to use repair type  and calendar import codes

Add a job description to the Job Number filed in your management system.

OnBoard scheduler will use the fist character to automatically select the repair type or calendar.

1. To setup go to settings in OnBoard Scheduler, then repair types or your calendar list. Select an import code from the dropdown next to the type you would like to automatically select on import.
2. Example:  Type Hail into the Job Number field in your management system.
3. Choose H as your import code in OnBoard Scheduler.
4. From now one anything labeled as Hail in your management system will be a repair type or calendar Hail  in OBS depending on if you setup the import code for the repair type or calendar.
