How Can We Help?
By selecting the RO tab users can view a list of RO numbers in the scheduler. You can also locate an event or job that did not get an RO number assigned.
in this view you will see all RO’s in one view and will have the ability to resort to the views present need. Users can do any function needed from this screen. View RO’s that are in a rental, Change status dates, copy to new event, access the details screen, search for an event, by Customer name or RO number etc…

***User will need to clear filters by right clicking on filter icon, clear filters or re set from Calendar view to view all events when finished
