How Can We Help?
The search 
+ Advanced function 
allows the user to search by RO #, Customer Name, Service Writer, Date, Completed, Not Completed, Insurance Company, Flags, Deleted Events Calendar, or any of the above collectively or uniquely.
The user can sort by clicking the category they wish to rearrange by.
In the below example we selected dates from 12-1-2017 to 12-31-2017, Scheduled out, all service writers, all flags, completed events shown and all sources. There are 173 events known as “Scheduled out” in this time frame.
