To setup Summit data pump

Must have static ip address with their internet service provider
Must have port 3306 open to the server, may need to contact the “IT” company for the shop to do this. Or have username and password to the router and contact “OBS” support

OBS may require up to 72 hours for set up if no “IT” support is available for the set up at user’s location.  A one time fee of $199 may be required for set up if OBS is used as “IT” support for set up.
