Alerts will show on everyone’s login that has  access to the calendar / event

Alerts can be added to any calendar and any event you may choose.

To Activate and De-Activate an alert you will need to be in the details of an event. Alerts can be seen in the Monthly,  Weekly and daily view. You can also see in the upper right hand of your screen a blinking icon  .  The 2 in this case indicate there are two alerts within the calendar (s) that are being viewed.  The user can click on the   button to access the event or access the event with the alert from the monthly, weekly or day view of the scheduler.

In the example below the Event for Rick Jikes,  RO # 0252 had fault codes that needed to be pre and post scanned. The vehicle was also on insurance hold.        See Flags
