Schedule Everything
Each user can select as few or as many calendars to view, by clicking the box on the left side of the available calendars. This will allow the user to view only what concerns them and keeps the Month, Week and Day view cleaned up. Below all Service writers and calendars are being viewed.

You can customize the size of the text in the scheduler. Click the font size icon in the calendar toolbar. Use the slider to increase or decrease the size, the change will aaplly automatically This is done on each workstation
When you click the expand – compress icon in the calendar toolbar you will be able to customize the 2 views of the calendar. Compressed view. Usually a simpler view . Select the fields you would like to show on the calendar views for this mode. Select the Compressed View button to apply to the
The search + Advanced function allows the user to search by RO #, Customer Name, Service Writer, Date, Completed, Not Completed, Insurance Company, Flags, Deleted Events Calendar, or any of the above collectively or uniquely. The user can sort by clicking the category they wish to rearrange by. In the below example
The copy to new event allows the user to attach a particular job to multiple calendars. The multiple calendars are linked together by the RO #. This will create a timeline for the vehicle based on the calendars that have been linked. The user simply clicks on an existing event in the scheduler, clicks
By clicking the box on the left of the name of the service writer the user can see his or her calendars, multiple service writers calendars or all of the service writers calendars. Each user can re align there calendars for ease of use. Simply left click and drag to desired alignment.
Alerts will show on everyone’s login that has access to the calendar / event Alerts can be added to any calendar and any event you may choose. To Activate and De-Activate an alert you will need to be in the details of an event. Alerts can be seen in the Monthly, Weekly and daily view.
Flags are set up in settings. Flags can be used for virtually anything. Flags are very visible in the calendar and overview and in details. Flags can also be used in conjuction with alerts.
