Need To Schedule

The “Need to Schedule”  function is a great tool when the shop has a long term back log or has a special need in the future. Examples maybe parts that are on back order, we owe type items etc.

To add an item to Need to Schedule click on  

Click on 

Fill out info 

Click    

To view the “Need to Schedule”  Items click on  (Note the #1) = 1 item is in need to schedule cue.

Click on the event

Select the calendar you wish to add the event to

Select the Time and date 

The event will be put on the date and calendar selected and the need to schedule will remove the event.
